My 2016 Christmas newsletter

Nathaniel Christopher

GREETINGS FROM NANAIMO!

I like to send out a Christmas card and newsletter every year and 2016 was no exception.

I miss the days of print media so I welcome any and every opportunity to produce a print publication.

In my Christmas newsletter I provide a brief summary of my year’s highlights with a focus on positive or life-affirming themes consistent with the Christmas message of hope and renewal.

Accordingly, I’ve sent out Christmas newsletters in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and now 2016.

2015 was a challenging year for me with the death of my diabetic cat Khan. That really sucked. There’s no way I could omit this from my Christmas newsletter but at the same time I didn’t want to send out a sad and depressing missive during Christmas.

There was no 2015 Christmas newsletter.

2016 was not without its challenges but overall it’s been a pretty good year so I decided to resume publication of my yearly report.

I also sent out a card! It’s a photo that I took of my Christmas socks… WITH SANDALS!

Anyways, merry Christmas to everyone!
