Advent Calendar

So… my housemate was recently gifted with a lovely advent calendar. For those of you who don’t know, it’s basically this little cardboard book that marks the 24 days of Christmas. For every day you open up a little window and eat a piece of chocolate. I do remember them having little messages for each day of Christmas.

It’s a nice, time honoured tradition that holds deep meaning with some.

But apparently my housemate has other thoughts…

As far as I know the 24 days of Christmas have yet to begin, but perhaps my housemate (a known atheist) is unaware of this fact. Rumour has it that more than one of his advent calendar windows has been opened and the chocolates within consumed.

How do you feel about this?
