Last night I made some perogies!
But instead of boiling and pan-frying them I decided to boil and deep fry them. I thought they’d be disgusting and greasy, but they turned out okay. All I did was throw ’em in a pot of boiling salted water for about six and a half minutes then I deep fried them at medium heat for about a minute and a half each side.
They turned out good!
