I don’t know if I should blame the gradual change in my diet or my recent illness, but over the last two weeks I’ve shed 10 lbs off my weight.
Over the last three months I’ve been eating better food and avoiding sugar as much as possible. I suppose that’s had a positive effect on my general health and weight. I got this flu on Tuesday and have been bedridden since Thursday, I only feel better today.
So… all this sickness and suffering has definitely paid off. Nothing is as tasty, sexy, and healthy as THIN! 😀
Can I please be sick more often?
