Its 12:42 and I see your blog which is good because I would miss it if it wasn’t here and the title scared me a little!
Good news and bad news.
I remembered I had a spare power supply kind of like the one I was going to buy (A Cooler Master 450-ish watt PSU) and swapped it in.
Unfortunately I’m still seeing the voltage fluctuations which leads me to believe the motherboard is simply drawing too much of … something … (current? or voltage? Can’t tell) to be useful long-term as a webserver.
I get to spend more money! Whee!
It needs a new power supply.

Those voltage fluctuations on a 3-year-old Enermax 350 watt power supply are why.
